Partnership Travel Consulting Adds Pair of Global Execs – Business Travel News

Partnership Travel Consulting has named former travel management company executives Maura Geertsma and Paul Salvatore to global leadership roles, continuing a recent spate of expansion for the Cape Coral, Fla.-based corporate travel consultancy.

Geertsma has been named PTC’s senior vice president of global business development. Based in Singapore, Geertsma has more than 20 years of experience in corporate travel, including multiple sales leadership positions with BCD Travel over nearly 15 years with the company.

Salvatore will serve as senior vice president of global meetings and events for PTC, based out of Stamford, Conn. He brings to the role more than 40 years of industry experience, including a stint as CEO of Robustelli World Travel until that TMC was acquired by Hogg Robinson Group in 2006. Following that deal, Salvatore continued to help lead HRG’s meeting and events business before moving on to senior business development roles with Altour and Direct Travel.

PTC earlier this year hired corporate travel veterans Bob Brindley and Neil Blaauboer to senior leadership roles, and in 2020 the consultancy expanded its footprint in the North America, Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions.
