Show Your Support For A Bunch of Good Sports – shoresportsnetwork.com

Clearly this has been a challenging time for many in the Shore area as we try to navigate through an unprecedented crisis. Among those who have lost so much are high school athletes who might have missed out on part of the last school year and then have had to deal with numerous roadblocks during the 2020-21 season.

For that reason we are delighted to partner once again with the Shore Conference of High Schools on their annual Sportsmanship Awards program. Each of the 48 high schools has selected one female and one male senior as the recipient of this highly regarded honor which considers not only sportsmanship but leadership and other intangibles. What I like most is that many of those who are selected are not athletes who get a lot of attention and accolades and often perform under the radar. However, their athletic departments, coaches and teammates are well aware of the qualities they bring to their respective programs.

In order to highlight these 94 deserving seniors the Shore Sports Network will produce a special print program that will be available at most Jersey Mike’s Subs locations in Monmouth/Ocean County as well as each Shore Conference High School. The entire issue will also be available to view on the Shore Sports Network website.

The young women and men selected are truly the best of the best and this is a great opportunity for your business/company to congratulate them on their accomplishments and wish them success in the future.

For information on placing an ad please contact Steve Meyer ([email protected]edia.com) or Kevin Williams ([email protected]). A portion of proceeds from the journal will be donated back to the Shore Conference of High Schools. Print deadline is May 28.
