Southeastern Athletics Partners With NOCAP Sports as NIL Platform – Southeastern Lions Athletics

HAMMOND, La. – Southeastern Louisiana Athletics has partnered with NOCAP Sports, a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) platform that will allow Southeastern student-athletes to adapt to the changes set forward by Louisiana Senate Bill 60.
The bill, sponsored by Senator Patrick Connick, was signed by Governor John Bel Edwards on July 1, and allows student-athletes to earn revenue from their names, images and likeness. Louisiana was the 23rd state to put an NIL bill into effect.
Through the NOCAP platform, Lion and Lady Lion student-athletes will have the ability to engage with fans and brands to monetize NIL opportunities. The software also automates NCAA and university compliance rules to protect the eligibility of the student-athletes, while also offering student-athletes educational opportunities related to NIL policy and financial matters.
About NOCAP Sports
NOCAP Sports is a comprehensive NIL platform that provides every athlete regardless of school, sport, level or background, equal access to the best technology, resources and NIL opportunities to succeed in the NIL era.
