Pregame Notes

Greetings from Lane Stadium, where Syracuse (3-4, 0-3 ACC) and Virginia Tech (3-3, 1-1) are both trying to halt losing streaks.

Syracuse will be without cornerback Garrett Williams and left guard Chris Bleich. Both traveled with the team but will not dress for the game.

That likely elevates Adrian Cole into the starting lineup opposite Duce Chestnut, and freshman Kalan Ellis will step in for Bleich.
